During his tenure with John R. Wood, Vincent advanced his tech-based skill set to include custom design/build projects, joint-ventures, and land acquisitions at the residential and commercial levels. Comprehensive on-site development and luxury sales experience taught him volumes about how to extract maximum value from his client's investment. Over time he's refined the art of procuring seemingly unattainable locations to build his client's dream homes.
